Lee AdkinsLee Adkins

Lee Adkins is the Team Manager of the multi-million dollar producing team, the Atlanta SOLD Sisters. In his current role he is responsible for marketing, team building, systems analysis and all facets of strategic business development. In addition, Lee strives to gain knowledge about the latest technology available to help with on-going training of team agents and the long term plans for team operations and growth.

Lee began his career in residential real estate in 2006 and, after 6 successful years of buying and selling, Lee was recruited into his current role as Team Manager for the Atlanta SOLD Sisters. As a creative and results-oriented professional with extensive experience across his career, Lee utilizes social media, community building, blogging and generates mutually beneficial relationships with all clients and stakeholders.

Lee is a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club and the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club. Lee is also an active member of his community, a consistent sponsor of local athletic programs and a member of Northpoint Community Church. In his free time, Lee enjoys running, playing and recording music and woodworking.

Cheryl KingCheryl King

Cheryl joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 1998. Cheryl is a Partner and the Managing Attorney for the firm's Alpharetta office and Short Sale Department. She serves on the firm's Management Committee. Cheryl is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association and active in the Real Estate Section of the Bar. Cheryl frequently provides presentations to mortgage and real estate companies on loan fraud, contract creation, contract interpretation, and short sales.

Cheryl received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Richmond Law School. While attending University of Richmond, she was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. She published an article in the journal entitled "CompuServe v. Patterson: Creating Jurisdiction Through Internet Contacts." Cheryl was named University of Richmond's "Woman Lawyer of the Year" by the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is a former contributing writer for the National Association of Women Lawyer's Journal, writing a quarterly column on technology and the law.

Jeromy TraskJeromy Trask

After pretty much growing up in Colorado, Jeromy moved to Atlanta in 1994 and was licensed with Harry Norman, REALTORS® in March of 1996. Jeromy spent 14 years with Harry Norman and along the way was the #1 agent in the Dunwoody office in 2003 and in 2004, company-wide #25 out of more than 1,200 agents. In addition, in 2004 he developed and worked a new Broker Assistant model and was recognized by his peers with the 2004 Miss Emmie award.

In Oct. 2005 he was promoted to VP Co-Managing Broker of the Harry Norman, Realtors Sandy Springs Branch and became one of the youngest brokers ever at the company. In April 2007 he was promoted to VP Managing broker of the Harry Norman, REALTORS® North Metro branch and in November 2008 became the Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of the Harry Norman, REALTORS® Cobb Marietta branch. In 2009 he lead the Cobb Marietta team to Harry Norman, REALTORS® #1 office for closed units and #35 out of more than 1900 real estate offices in the city.

In June of 2010, Jeromy made a strategic move to Keller Williams Realty and became the Broker and Team Leader for the Buckhead Market Center with the Shaun Rawls Group. In 2011 the Buckhead Market center ranked #17 in the Atlanta Business Chronicles Top Producing Real Estate Offices.

After seven successful years as a managing broker and team leader, Jeromy re-launched his sales team, The Trask Group, in August of 2012 and in October 2013 was ranked #9 individual agent in the Southeast Region of Keller Williams, Realty. He is using his expertise in the marketplace and commitment to his clients to provide the highest level real estate consulting and individualized strategies available.

Jeromy is a Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified Residential Broker candidate, 2006 Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Leadership Development Program Graduate, serves on the 2014 Board of Directors for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and is a Georgia Association of REALTORS® Certified Continuing Education Facilitator.

In 2012, he was chosen to be a speaker for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education and currently volunteers his time to teach special real estate workshops in many major corporations in Atlanta including Emory University and Jackson Health Care.
