The Atlanta Board of REALTORS® premier event of the year was held on Friday, March 8th, at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead. Nearly 700 of Atlanta's finest in the real estate industry packed the house to celebrate the 2012 Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club (MMDSC) at this year's banquet. The festive atmosphere was enjoyed by all, as everyone was happily celebrating their success in 2012. Thanks to MMDSC Chair, Bill Rawlings and Vice-Chair, Eydie Koonin, for being our "Masters of Ceremony". A special thanks to the many attendees who cheered and filled the awards presentation with energy and excitement.

About the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club
Membership in the Club is based on total gross production of at least 3 million dollars in real estate transactions. REALTORS® are recognized in two specific membership categories:
- Member – those who have qualified for the current year; and,
- Life – those who have qualified for 3 consecutive years or 5 total years.
In 1980 the Board created the Phoenix Award as a distinguished honor for members who consistently qualified for the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for ten years. In later years, additional Phoenix levels have been added to recognize those that have qualified for: 20 years Crystal; 25 years Silver; 30 years Gold; and, 35 years Platinum.
Finally, the Top 5% in production among five categories are recognized for their high level of accomplishment for the year: New Homes; Individual; REO; Team-Small; and, Team-Large.
