Classroom courses contained on this page are certified by the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE).
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that each Salesperson successfully complete a 25-hour Post-license course within one year of issuance of an original Salesperson license. At GIRE, you can choose from a variety of courses and you can choose from 3 formats. Each course is approved by the GREC and satisfies the 25-hour Post-license requirement. A final exam is required for every course.
Members of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® will receive a $15 discount on most postlicense courses, except CAM.
