Courses
Courses offered by our school, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE) meet all the requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, as well as providing you with a solid understanding of the practices of the real estate industry. Members of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® will receive a 10-20% discount on most courses. All Courses reflect the full tuition for non-members until you log into the system and your current membership status is recognized.

Member Seminars
ABR provides its members with exclusive access to a wide range of professional development seminars throughout the year. The Professional Development Committee organizes quarterly one hour, high quality education programs. These seminars are one of most beneficial of all member benefits with over 100 Members in attendance at each seminar.

Free Continuing Education
By joining the Atlanta Board, your membership provides you with access to attend free 3-hour continuing education courses especially designed for the ABR membership. These courses are focused on different areas of the industry with local and national experts serving as the instructors. Members are sent email registration invites as the courses are planned.

GAR Scholarship
Many real estate related Designation and Certification courses qualify for the GAR Scholarship Program, which provides tuition assistance to Georgia REALTORS® seeking a designation. For more information, click here.

REALTOR® University
REALTOR® University is the National Association of REALTORS®' Internet-based online education system where real estate professionals can take courses online for continuing education credit, professional development, and designation certification. You can take the courses offered by REALTOR® University in your home, your office, or while traveling--24 hours a day, seven days a week--with just a computer and an Internet connection.
